Rest day / Mobility

Body pulled up quite sore! Smashed the foam roller, lacrosse ball and barbell for rolling out.

Diet:
Oats, Berries
Beef Burrito
Beef Burrito (Yes another one)
Roast beef, carrots, peas and pumpkin.
Beef Stir Fry.
